London, Feb 10 : The fibre in blueberries soothes upset stomachs and could even protect against colon cancer, a new study claims.

Scientists at Sweden’s Lund University suggested that blueberries mixed with probiotic yoghurt could be the best way to treat a sore tummy, reports The Daily Express.

According to the boffins, the best results were achieved when the superfood was eaten with probiotics, such as those found in yoghurt.
