Eight-year-old raped in Delhi

New Delhi, March 17 – A 25-year-old tea shop owner has been arrested on charges of raping a minor in the national capital, police said Wednesday.
The incident took place Tuesday in Aman Vihar when Kasim forcibly took the victim into his tea shop, a police officer said. Kasim lived near the victim’s house.
‘As the girl cried for help, neighbours came to her rescue. The man was arrested,’ the officer said.
