Rising unemployment due to UPA’s wrong policies: Buddhadeb

Kolkata, March 31 – West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee Thursday blamed the wrong policies of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government for the rising unemployment in the country. ‘The problem of unemployment in this country is because of the wrong policies of the central government.

New Delhi, March 31 – Now, account holders of the state-run Union Bank of India can pay their income tax through the bank’s network of 2,600 ATMs. ‘Implementation of income tax payment on ATMs will go a long way in providing easier tax administration for both government and tax payers,’ Minister of State for Finance Namo Narain Meena said after launching the facility here Thursday.
