Washington, May 1(ANI): A Pakistani defence delegation will arrive in Washington on Sunday for talks on a five-year plan for meeting the country’s defence needs, according to diplomatic sources. Defence Secretary Athar Ali Khan will lead the Pakistani delegation, which will include representatives from all three forces as well as the Foreign Ministry, the Dawn reports.
Chandigarh, May 1: Government school teachers in Haryana who retire mid-term will now be re-employed in the same school till the end of the academic session so that students are not affected, an official said Sunday. ‘Even if the teachers are retiring mid-term, the re-employment will be till March 31 next, when the academic session ends.

London, May 1(ANI): Libyan dictator Colonel Muammar Gaddafi has survived a NATO missile attack that killed his youngest son and three grandchildren last night. The Libyan government said that Saif Al-Arab Gaddafi, 29, was killed in a precision air strike on a house in a compound in Tripoli, the Daily Mail reports.
