Campaigning gains momentum for fourth phase of West Bengal polls

Kolkata, Apr 30: Campaigning is in full swing in all the 63 seats spread over Howrah, Hooghly, East Midnapore and parts of Burdwan districts for the fourth phase of West Bengal polls, which is scheduled to be held on May 3.
