James Allan became a dad last year, says sister

London, June 18: Singer James Allan became a father last year but he doesn’t want to talk about his child, says his sister Denise.

The Scottish singer allegedly had a daughter with an unnamed ex-girlfriend.

‘James wants to be respectful towards the mother and the baby and he won’t want to drag them through anything like this. There are two sides to every story and James doesn’t want to get into the ins and outs of it,’ contactmusic.com quoted Denise as saying.

‘James wishes the girl the best. He wants to keep things private, for him and for his family…. There is nothing we or James can say about that other than keep a dignified silence…,’ she added.

However, Allan didn’t comment on the news saying he wants to keep the personal life private.

‘With the greatest respect to all concerned I do not wish to comment on this very personal matter and I would like to keep my private life private,’ said Allan.
