London, July 06: The sale of a stomach-firming cream has increased after it emerged that the cream also helps in banishing ankle fat known as cankles.

Skincare company NIP+FAB has seen a 125 percent increase in sales of its Tummy Fix this summer, thanks to the cream’s secret side-effects.

Cankles are a fusion of the calf and ankle, giving even the legs of the slimmest women an unshapely appearance.

Created with a secret fat-burning ingredient branded as “amarashape”, Tummy Fix is said to help tone, smooth, tighten and slim the tummy area.

The 18.95-pounds Amarashape is described by the company as “a highly effective combination of fat-burning actives to refine body contours such as waist, thighs, buttocks, and hips”.

It contains caffeine and synephrine, which are often used in anti-cellulite treatments.

“I thought, it’s worked on my stomach why not on my cankles? I spend most of time hiding my ankles but after four weeks it’s made a dramatic difference and I can wear dainty sandals with pride,” the Daily Express quoted Helen Holmes, from London, who used the cream, as saying. (ANI)
