Tevez douses transfer frenzy with sun and sand time out with family in Sardinia

London, July 22(ANI): Manchester City captain Carlos Tevez, who is in the middle of a transfer battle, has got away from the limelight with a quiet family holiday to Porto Cervo in Sardinia.

Tevez hit the resort, a destination which has become popular with the rich and famous, with wife Vanessa and their daughters Florencia and Katia, the Daily Mail reports.

The Argentinian striker, regarded as one of the best players in the world, has had interest from Juventus, Inter Milan and Real Madrid in recent weeks.

Most recently, Brazilian side Corinthians made a 40 million pound bid for the star. owever, the deal collapsed following a row over the Brazilian club’s failure to provide a bankers’ guarantee for the transfer fee. (ANI)
