Bomb threat grounds SpiceJet flight in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, Sep 25(ANI): A SpiceJet aircraft, scheduled from Kathmandu to New Delhi, was evacuated at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport on Sunday after airport officials suspected that a bomb had been planted in the aircraft.

The aircraft has been taken to a hanger for inspection by bomb disposal units.

According to reports, an American woman had claimed that she had a bomb with her.

The woman has been taken into custody for further interrogation. (ANI)
