John McEnroe wears ‘mouth stitched’ make-up at Halloween bash

London, Oct 30: Former US tennis player John McEnroe and his wife Patty Smyth looked very scary with their gruesome make-up at a Halloween party in New York.

The ghoulish couple were at Bette Midler’s Hulaween Gala at the Waldorf-Astoria New York, where McEnroe was painted white and black to appear as though his mouth was stitched up.

Singer Stevie Wonder entertained the guests dressed as a skeleton while actor Alan Cumming wore a monkey costume, the Daily Express reported.

The annual charity event raises money for the city’s parks and open spaces. (ANI)
