Kirsten Dunst has now German citizenship

Washington, Oct 9: Kirsten Dunst has revealed that she has now acquired German citizenship, thereby becoming a dual citizen of US as well as Germany.

The German citizenship will enable Dunst to work in Europe freely.

“I’m now a real international lady,” People magazine quoted her as telling German tabloid B.Z.

“One who can film in Europe without a problem,” she added.

Dunst also expressed her willingness to work in German movies.

“It would be the greatest joy for me to act in a German film,” she said.

The actress, who speaks German ‘at a child’s level’, also divulged her plans of buying an apartment in Berlin, the city that she considers ‘young’.

“It’s such a young city, and right now so much is happening in Berlin,” she added. (ANI)
