New Delhi, Dec 19: The denizens of the national capital shivered with the minimum temperature falling three notches below average at 5 degrees Celsius Monday, the India Meteorological Department said. Dense fog disrupted vehicular movement and was likely to envelope Delhi Tuesday morning also.
While the maximum temperature was recorded at 21.9 degrees — one notch below average, the humidity wavered between a high of 97 and a low of 39 percent.
