Rajya Sabha adjourned over PM’s absence

New Delhi, Dec 29: The Rajya Sabha was adjourned Thursday as opposition members protested against the absence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, leader of the house, while the upper house was scheduled to take up the Lokpal bill.
