Sam Kekovich takes swipe at Shane Warne for going ‘girly for Hurley’

Melbourne, Jan 11: Footy legend Sam Kekovich has slammed Shane Warne for changing himself just to impress his ladylove Elizabeth Hurley.

The 61-year-old sports commentator said that pop culture is un-Australian and accused the former cricketer of selling out to be with Hurley.

“The gossip mags have gone googly-eyed over Shane Warne, who went from bowling overs to makeovers, to get his leg over, bleaching his pearlies for Hurley,” News.com.au quoted Kekovich as saying.

“The old Warnie would never have chosen a starlet over a cutlet. Or tweeting over eating,” he said.

Kekovich said that he would happily have Warne over for his Australia Day barbecue, but doubted he would turn up. (ANI)
