Cloudy morning, clear day for Delhi

New Delhi, Feb 8: The morning was cloudy and chilly but the national capital is headed for a clear sky after noon, the weather office said Wednesday.

The capital recorded 1.6 mm rain from Tuesday morning, till 8.30 a.m. Wednesday. While light rains may be expected this morning, the sky is likely to become clear as the day proceeds, an India Meteorological Department official said.

The maximum temperature will hover around 20 degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature recorded this morning was at average for the season at 8.5 degrees Celsius.
