Graduates not eligible for sweeper job!

Shimla, Feb 16: Graduation may not be a ticket for getting a job for cleaning Shimla’s streets.

The Shimla Municipal Corporation has rejected the candidature of seven applicants. They were graduates but had no experience of sweeping, corporation official Sonam Negi told IANS.

A total of 213 people applied for 100 posts of sweeper in the civic body. Those selected will begin work next month.
