London, March 19: Actress Jennie Garth is convinced she and her estranged husband Peter Facinelli are doing the right thing by splitting after 11 years of marriage.

Fans were stunned March 13 when the couple announced about their divorce.

The actress admits she is dreading life as a single mother, but she’s adamant the couple has made the best decision for its three young children, reports dailystar.co.uk

“Being out here on my own with the girls is not going to be easy, but I know it’s the right thing for us right now. I feel it in my heart. I’m excited about what’s next,”said the actress in a clip from a reality TV show.

Garth and Facinelli issued a follow-up statement after confirming the divorce news to deny rumours the Twilight star’s alleged infidelity was the reason for the split.
