Angelina Jolie in talks to direct movie adaptation of ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’

Melbourne, June 9: Universal Studios are in the process of signing up Angelina Jolie to direct the BDSM erotic novel ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’.

According to Deadline, the studio secured the rights to the book for a seven-figure sum, the Daily Telegraph reported.

It is an erotic novel written by British author E.L James and the first in a trilogy of books.

It originally started as Twilight fan fiction and is notorious for its explicit sex scenes which involve BDSM.

Universal Studios were apparently very impressed with Jolie’s directorial debut in ‘In The Land Of Blood and Honey’ and think that she would be the perfect candidate once she finishes work on Disney film ‘Maleficent’. (ANI)
