Peter Crouch sizzles on stage at bro-in-law’s gig despite Euro snub

London, June 19: Peter Crouch, who has been dropped by the England squad for Euro 2012, showed off his vocal skills as he larked about on stage with wife Abbey’s brother’s band The Razz.

The couple were in full-on party mode as they knocked back the beers and boogied with revellers.

The 31-year-old Stoke City striker was left out of England’s Euro 2012 squad by new boss Roy Hodgson, 64, despite his excellent strike rate for his country.

But it appeared to be the last thing on his mind as he jumped on stage during brother-in-law John’s gig at the O2 Academy in Liverpool.

Crouch was grinning like a loon as he danced the night away while proud Abbey, 26, cheered him on from the crowd.

“If he was gutted about missing the Euros you wouldn’t have known it,” the Daily Star quoted one clubber as saying.

“Peter was really going for it,” the source added. (ANI)
