SC to study order on petitioner against Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi, Aug 21: The Supreme Court would go into the merit of an Allahabad High Court order imposing a cost of Rs.50 lakh and ordering a CBI probe against former Samajwadi Party legislator who made an allegation of abduction and rape against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
