Sunny Monday for Delhiites

New Delhi, Sep 24: It was a bright and sunny Monday for Delhiites with the maximum temperature shooting up to 34.4 degrees Celsius — normal for this time of the season. The met department has forecast similar conditions Tuesday.

The minimum temperature settled one notch below average at 23.2 degrees while humidity wavered between a high of 88 percent and a low of 44 percent.

“The sky will remain clear and similar conditions are likely to prevail Tuesday,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to remain between 34 and 24 degrees, respectively.
