UAE charity distributes aid in Pakistan

Islamabad, Sep 24 (IANS/WAM) A UAE charity Monday distributed 16,500 food packets and 700 tents to flood victims in Pakistan.

The aid from the Khalifa bin Zayed Foundation will cover over 16,000 affected families.

UAE Ambassador to Pakistan Eisa Abdullah Al Nuaimi told WAM that the humanitarian initiative complements other UAE aid projects in the country.
