UAE publishing sector worth $260 mn: survey

Sharjah, Sep 23 (IANS/WAM) The UAE’s publishing sector is currently worth $260 million, according to a survey.

It was revealed at a seminar in Paris that aimed at giving an overview of the Emirates Publishers Association (EPA), which commissioned the study.

The sector is growing rapidly in the UAE with many newly formed publishing companies focusing on producing content aimed at local and regional audiences.
