London, Oct 29: The French site of the Euromillions lottery has reportedly been hacked, with the homepage being replaced by Koranic verses.
The hackers, who have described themselves ‘Moroccanghosts’, posted the message in Arabic and French.
The Koranic verses call games of chance and alcohol ‘works of the devil’ intended to turn people away from God, the BBC reports.
The Francaise des Jeux (FDJ), which runs Euromillions in France, said that the pages concerned were in “the process of being put back up”.
FDJ also said in the statement that its other games were not affected.
According to the report, it said that none of its games had been compromised by the attack, and neither had any data. (ANI)
