Helen Flanagan gets dose of ‘gymspiration’ in bid to stay in shape

London, Jan 7: Helen Flanagan has vowed to get in shape seven days into the New Year, as she was spotted heading towards the gym make-up free.

The 22-year-old English actress-model, who is dating Manchester City footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair, was spotted smiling ahead of her workout, after tweeting: “My diet starts today – super good girl Hel,” the Daily Mail reported.

The former Coronation Street actress opted not to wear her work-out kit to the gym, as she arrived make-up free with her hair tied up in her messy trade-mark bun, wearing a pair of skin-tight blue jeans showing off her already desirable figure, which she teamed with a floral three-quarter length sleeved shirt.

The former ‘I’m A Celebrity….’ contestant, who wore a pair of ankle boots featuring a high pencil-thin heel, was seen carrying a gym kit which was presumably inside her large bag embroidered with a regal looking tiger and green leaves.

Flanagan looked remarkably happy about going to the gym and tweeted an image of herself in a bikini from a while back which she captioned “gymspiration.” (ANI)
