Devotees fast, pray in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, March 10: Devotees fasted and thronged Shiva temples across Odisha Sunday on Maha Shivratri.

While over one lakh men and women prayed at the 11th century, 180-feet-high Lingaraj temple here, thousands visited the Loknath temple at Puri, 56 km away.

Shiva temples in other parts of the state also witnessed similar crowds.
