PETA slams Beyonce over animal skin shoes

New York, Mar 1: Beyonce has angered PETA after she commissioned designers at a luxury custom sneaker company to create a pair of shoes made from exotic animals.

Earlier this month, the animal rights advocates slammed Beyonce over the python, iguana and cow skin Rubin Singer bodysuit she wore at the Super Bowl halftime show.

Now, the organization is outraged over her Isabel Marant wedge sneakers custom-designed by Perfectly Made Kicks (PMK), the New York Post reported.

The “King Bey” shoes are made from crocodile and anaconda skins, stingray, ostrich and calf hair.

The PMK Web site proudly states that the company was “given the task to create a custom design worthy of [Beyonce's] approval.” (ANI)
