New Delhi, March 12: It was a warm and sunny day in the capital Tuesday with the maximum temperature settling three notches above average at 31.6 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast a clear, sunny Wednesday.
“There will be mist early morning tomorrow (Wednesday) … the afternoon will be warm and sunny,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures Wednesday are likely to hover around 33 and 16 degrees Celsius respectively, added the official.
Tuesday’s minimum temperature was 17.3 degrees Celsius– three degrees above average for this time of the year.
Monday’s maximum temperature settled four notches above the season’s average at 31.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled three notches below average at 16.8 degrees Celsius.
