London, Sep 17: New Manchester United mid-fielder Marouane Fellaini has reportedly revealed that he is struggling to keep up with training at Old Trafford.
The Belgian, who made a last minute 27 million-pound move to United from Everton on transfer deadline day, came off the bench to make his United debut in the 2-0 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.
According to Metro.co.uk, although Fellaini is enjoying his first full week training with his new teammates ahead of their Champions League opener against Bayer Leverkusen, he however, admitted that the step up in quality from his former side is a ‘shock to his system’.
Stating that he has a problem with the intensity of the training, Fellaini said that it might be because he is playing with famous names, adding that although the pace is quicker than Everton, he is liking it at the club.
According to Fellaini, price does not matter as a player will remain a player no matter what he costs, adding that he wants to play midfield defensive at United. (ANI)
