Iran livid over Pak’s lax border controls allowing terrorists into country

Islamabad, Dec. 12: Tehran has voiced disapproval about Pakistan’s lax control over its borders with Iran.

Iran identified it as the cause of several hit-and-run terrorist attacks against Iranian troops in the last several years.

According to the Nation, Lieutenant Commander of Iran’s Border Guards Amir Ahmad Geravand said that their biggest problem is the Pakistani government, which doesn’t inspect its borders.

He added that that Iran has protested many times that their border guards were shot from Pakistan’s territory, but that country has not yet adopted any action to enhance security at its border. (ANI)
