New Delhi, Dec 10: Nikon D7100 is a product for people who love DSLRs. This product is a powerful image taker, which comes packed with a plethora of options and alterations to play around with.
It’s also the company’s latest APS-C DSLR to feature a 24MP sensor. But for amateurs, the tricks to ace image capturing will seem a little tough as this isn’t a camera for first timers, FHM Indian magazine reported.
The battery, which can last for around 900 plus odd shots, is very impressive, while the control system with dedicated buttons for a wide range of functions is also aptly placed for easy handling and quick firing.
The dual dials are used to good effect, such as adjusting the ISO speed with the rear dial and toggling Auto ISO with the front dial. Many of these buttons are accessed with the left hand, leaving the right hand in charge of the dials.
Exposure mode and drive mode have dedicated dials, both of which have locks to avoid accidental use. The shutter speed and the video capturing effect is nothing less than brilliant- under perfect sunlight or in low light areas.
The well-implanted Auto ISO program brings in the minimum shutter speed automatically based on the focal length of the lens in use, with a choice of five user-controlled settings that bias towards faster or slower speeds.
The video capturing offers lossless zoom in bright daylight, albeit the clumsy autofocus seems unnecessary. (ANI)
