Bristol Palin’s ex denied equal custody of four-year-old son

Washington, Jan 24: Bristol Palin’s son Tripp will remain in her primary care, as the court has denied her former partner Levi Johnston’s bid for equal custody.

Alaska judge Gregory L. Heath, who was appointed to the bench by Governor Sarah Palin in 2009, last week dismissed Johnston’s petition for equal custody of the four-year-old, Radar Online reported.

Johnston, 23, filed a petition for custody last Oct er saying Tripp should be in his mother’s and father’s lives equally.

The couple had otherwise agreed when they split in 2010 that Bristol would have primary physical custody. (ANI)
