Melbourne, Jan 28: Australia’s Twenty20 squad is determined to send England home with three more defeats to cap a horror tour for the visitors.
The T20 squad, consisting of a host of new faces, arrived in Hobart today for the first of three 20-over clashes at Blundstone Arena on Wednesday.
Half of the 14-strong party did not play in either the Ashes whitewash or the ODI campaign, News.com.au reports.
Keeper Matthew Wade said the T20 outfit was hungry to continue England’s summer of pain.
The home side appears to have all the momentum following the one day series, denying England consecutive wins thanks to a superb bowling and fielding performance at the Adelaide Oval. (ANI)
