Terrorism in all its forms and manifestations constitutes one of the most serious threats to international peace and security, a spokesperson of the ministry said in a statement. “We are ready to extend all possible cooperation to China in combating this menace.”

Twenty-nine civilians were confirmed dead and over 140 wounded after a group of knife-wielding militants attacked the railway station in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province, Saturday eveing.
