Karachi, Apr 12: The case of a nine-month-old Pakistani baby charged with attempted murder has reportedly been dropped.
Baby Mohammad Musa, along with other members of his family, was booked for throwing rocks at gas company officials carrying out an anti-theft inspection in the low-income Ahata Thanedaran neighbourhood of Lahore on Feb 1.
According to The Dawn, after the expiry of the bail period, Musa was brought to a sessions court in Lahore for the case’s hearing during which police informed the family that the baby’s name was not registered with them anymore.
The crying baby was presented in the court along with 30 others accused in the case. (ANI)
