Suspected shooter in Fort Hood massacre ‘dead’: Officials

Washington, April 3: Multiple people were killed and many others were left injured Wednesday after a shooter opened fire at Fort Hood, Texas, the suspect is “considered dead,” officials revealed.

A US official briefed on the shooting told CNN the suspected shooter, who is believed to have used a semi-automatic handgun, was in combat fatigues.

President Barack Obama said, about the incident, the situation is fluid right now, assuring that they would get to the bottom of exactly what happened.

Referring to the 2009 massacre at Fort Hood, he said that they were heartbroken that something like this could have happened again. (ANI)
